The funny thing about this campaign for Liberté Yogurt is that I’ve been craving yogurt parfaits for several months now, ever since I bought one for lunch (at a grocery store I think? or maybe a convenience store) and it was pretty much the best thing ever. Since then, I’ve been trying to duplicate that deliciousness at home.
I’m mediocre at best in the kitchen, but making a yummy yogurt parfait is easy to do, even for me. The trick is using really good flavored yogurt as a base. Before trying Liberté, I’d only ever used Vanilla yogurt for parfaits. Their French Vanilla is yummy, but they have several really good flavors that are perfect for parfaits: Cappuccino, Caramel, Blackberry, Coconut, Lemon, Strawberry, and of course French Vanilla.
I was going to make my parfait with strawberry yogurt, but my husband ate it – so Liberté® Méditerranée® Caramel it is. Make sure you stir the yogurt – the good stuff is at the bottom.
I used strawberries (my favorite) but you can use any type of berries you want, of course.
Another layer of yogurt, more strawberries, and then top it off with granola. I have no idea what type of granola this is – it’s just what we had in the house.
And BOOM! #YogurtPerfection.
