Thank you for hosting a giveaway! I love Nathan products. I have a handheld water bottle and hip flasks, too. Ive had both and it’s far superior to the Fuel Belt.
Anyway! My favorite workout if I only have 30 minutes is walking my dogs. They’re crazy string and admittedly could use an obedience refresher, so I get a great upper body workout, too.
