We’ve had a lot of adventures at home & on vacation: skiing, stand up paddleboarding, snorkeling, hiking in Joshua Tree National Forest, and we even got a behind-the-scenes tour of NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.

Personally, I’ve been actively working on making healthy choices. I joined a gym, made a number of dietary changes (doctor recommended), and finally took steps to address a couple of longstanding health issues.
